You will learn how to identify faulty thinking patterns and how to challenge and reframe your thoughts to be more accurate and helpful. Having been exactly where today’s athletes are, combined with the added knowledge and professional experiences, I possess a unique formula for success in performance coaching and helping your program and players be the best they can be.

I have worked with professional athletes, collegiate athletes at all levels, and aspiring collegiate athletes.

Individual Counseling

I take a solution focused, goal oriented, short term approach to therapy. My goal is to help you reach your therapeutic goals as soon as possible, and for you to learn the tools you need to help make your life better so that you don't need me anymore! I use predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while incorporating elements of DBT.

Mental Skills Groups: Learn skills to help with improving confidence, obtaining “flow” state more regularly, stress management, minimizing distractions, burnout prevention, and more!
Transition Groups: Leaving the world of competitive sport behind is tough. Having others in the same boat as you to process with helps to lighten the load.

Trouble sleeping? I'm certified to treat your insomnia! In as few as 3 sessions, with the average being 8, you could be sleeping better (or just sleeping period) before you know it!

I am one of the only clinicians in the country who is certified in: CBT, CBT-Insomnia, and CMPC (certified mental performance consultant). I have over a decade of experience in the clinical field, including partnerships with colleges and having played division I basketball.
