Specialist in Insomnia, Peak Performance, and Anxiety
What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will learn how to identify faulty thinking patterns and how to challenge and reframe your thoughts to be more accurate and helpful. Along with behavioral interventions, this technique will help you feel better and reach your goals.

Services
Sports/Athletes
I bring the essential combination of a background in clinical expertise and training with a full awareness of the pressure and stressors of playing a sport at the Division 1 level. Having been exactly where today’s athletes are, combined with the added knowledge and professional experiences, I possess a unique formula for success in performance coaching and helping your program and players be the best they can be.

I have worked with professional athletes, collegiate athletes at all levels, and aspiring collegiate athletes.
Individual Counseling
I take a solution focused, goal oriented, short term approach to therapy. My goal is to help you reach your therapeutic goals as soon as possible, and for you to learn the tools you need to help make your life better so that you don't need me anymore! I use predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while incorporating elements of DBT.
Insomnia/Sleep Problems
Speaking Engagements
Trouble sleeping? I'm certified to treat your insomnia! Regardless of how long your sleep difficulties have been going on, I can get you sleeping better (or sleeping, period). Most client's attend an average of 4-6 half hour sessions. It may seem too good to be true, but I promise it's not.
